The QP series features spring braking with pneumatic release, while the CQP series offers pneumatic braking with spring release.  

The overall structure is simple, compact, and lightweight.

The QP series allows four levels of braking torque adjustment for each brake disc diameter.  

No need for a separate power source, as it can be integrated with existing air compressor stations. By adding a throttle valve in the air supply line, the braking time can be continuously adjusted.  

The brake pads are installed using a spring clip design, making replacement quick and convenient.

Ambient temperature -5℃~40℃。

Operating air pressure: - For the QP series, it is 5-7 bar.  - For the CQP series, it is ≤7 bar

For outdoor environments with rain, snow, or corrosive gases and media, anti-corrosion products should be used.  

The air supply should be free of oil, water, and other impurities.
